HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1972-01-10 NECESSITY PARKRIDGE SUB 12673 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY OF INSTALLING STREET LIGHTS IN PARKRIDGE SUBDIVISION, LOCATED IN SECTION 19 On January 10, 1972, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:16 P.M. Present: Robert F. Nash, Jerry H. Brown, Peter A. Ventura, Robert E. McCann, and Robert D. Bennett. Absent: Jerry Raymond and Edward Milligan. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the laking of Pablic Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on Necessity for installing street lights in Parkridge Subdivision in Section 19, City of Livonia. There were approvimately thirty-five persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
