On No/ember 29, 1971, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livo iia, Mirh)_gan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 9:)40 P.M. Present: Robert F. Nash, Robert D.
Bennett, and Jerry Brown: Absent: Edward G. Milligan, Jerry Raymond,
Peter A. Ventura, and Robert E. McCann.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise
pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property
owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 513, the City Council is
opening a public hearing on a "Waiver of Use" Petition submitted by Richard
C. Gregory requesting permission to fill tae south portioa of a vacant lot
Llocated on the north side of Terrence Drivo betwe-n Middlebelt and Harrison
in the NorthwA t l,,/' of. Section 13, City of Livonia.
There were approximately fifteen people in the audience.
Questions and co malt.; _Cron interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
Office oe the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9:45 P.M., November 29,
1971.
