HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1971-12-13 PETITION 1971-04-02-15 12609 MINUTFS OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 71-4-2-15 (Waiver Use) On December 13, 1971, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:00 P.M. Present: Robert F. Nash, Edward G. Milligan, Jerry H. Brown, Peter A. Ventura, Jerry Raymond, Robert E. McCann, and Robert D. Bennett. Absent: None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing on a "Waiver of Use" Petition submitted by Bernard J. Whitman, Boron Oil Company, requesting permission to construct a modern facility gasoline station as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located on the southwest corner of Schoolcraft and Middlebelt Roads in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 26, City of Livonia. There were approximately twenty-five persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk. The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:40 P.M., December 13, 1971. ADDISON W. BACO ilaserk
