COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT ON SOUTH SIDE OF PLYMOUTH ROAD, SECTION 34 On October 4, 1971, the above hearing was hold at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Micaigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 9:05 P.M. Present: Robert F. Nash, Edward G. Killion, Jerry H. Brown, Peter A. Ventura, Robert E. McCann, and Robert D. Bennett. Absent: Jerry Raymond. The Vice-President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. )401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure", the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the overall parking development for commercial development on south side of Plymouth Road between Hubbard and Merriman Road in Section 34, City of Livonia. There were approximately one hundred forty persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
