E. 1/4 OF SECTION 24 On July 24, 1972, the above hearing was he171 at the City Hall , 33001 Five Mlle Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:05 P.M. Present: Robert F. Nash, Edward G. Milligan, Jerry Raymond, and Robert D. Bennett. Absent: Peter A. Ventura, Robert E. McCann, and Jerry Brown. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Macing of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the permanent improvement of Arcola Avenue from Meadowbrook to Five Mile Road and the related side streets (Howell and Meadowbrook) in the N. E. 1/4 of Section 24, City of Livonia. There were approximately forty people present, Questions and comments from iaterested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
