HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1972-07-24 PETITION 1972-03-02-06 13101 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 72-3-2-6 (Waiver Use) On July 24, 1972, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:26 P.M. Present: Robert F. Nash, Edward G. Milligan, Jerry Raymond, and Robert D. Bennett. Absent: Peter A. Ventura, Robert E. McCann, and Jerry Brown. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing on a "Waiver of Use" Petition submitted by John DelSignore requesting permission to construct a restaurant as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located on the north side of Plymouth Road, between Merriman and Hubbard Roads, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27, City of tivonia. There were approximately twenty-five persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
