HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1972-10-30 SAD TIFFANY PARK 13329 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN TIFFANY PARK SUBDIVISION NO 6 IN THE WEST 1/2 OF SECTION 19 On October 30, 1972, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice-President of the Council at 8 18 P M Present Edward G Milligan, Robert F McCann, Robert D Bennett, Jerry Brown, Peter A. Ventura, and Jerry Raymond Absent Robert F Nash The Vice-President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 4O1, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of street lights in Tiffany Park Sub- division No 6 in the West 1/2 of Section 19, City of Livonia There were approximately fifteen people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 20 P M , October 30, 1972 ADDISON W.
