HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1972-05-22 SAD LIVONIA GARDENS 12965 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENT IN LIVONIA GARDENS SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 22 On May 22, 1972, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:26 P.M. Present: Robert F. Nash, Edward G. Milligan, Robert E. McCann, Robert D. Bennett, Jerry Brown, and Jerry Raymond. Absent: Peter A. Ventura. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the road improvement in Livonia Gardens Subdivision, in the N. E. i/4 of Section 22, City of Livonia. There were approximately forty persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
