HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1972-10-30 PETITION 1972-06-02-16 13332 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 72-6-2-16 (Waiver Use) 1., On October 30, 1972, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice-President of the Council at 8 23 P.M. Present Edward G Milligan, Robert F McCann, Robert D Bennett, Jerry Brown, Peter A. Ventura, and Jerry Raymond Absent Robert F. Nash The Vice-President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 54+3, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 54+3, the City Council is opening a public hearing on a "Waiver of Use" Petition submitted by James Lyos, Flag' s Restaurant, requesting permission to construct a restaurant as a waiver use Lieon property zoned C-2 and located on the west side of Merriman Road, north of Five Mile Road in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 15, City of Livonia There were approximately fifteen persons present.
