HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1972-09-11 PETITION 1972-05-02-08 13210 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 72-5-2-8 (Waiver Use) On September 11, 1972, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 9:18 P. M. Present: Robert F. Nash, Edward G. Milligan, Robert E. McCann, Robert D. Bennett, Jerry Brown, Peter A. Ventura, and Jerry Raymond. Absent--None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing on a "Waiver of Use" Petition submitted by Bit-Con Corporation requesting to be granted a conditional use approval to locate an asphalt plant as a waiver use on property zoned M-2 and located on the west side of Levan Road between Schoolcraft Road and the C & 0 Railway in the Northwest 114 of Section 29, City of Livonia. There was no one present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
