HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1973-05-23 SAD RENSELLOR 13750 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE PROPOSED PAVING OF RENSELLOR BOULEVARD BETWEEN SEVEN MILE ROAD AND BRIDGE AVENUE IN SECTION 1 On May 23, 1973, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:05 P. M Present Robert F. Nash, Robert D. Bennett, Jerry Raymond, Jerry Brown and Peter A. Ventura Absent Edward G. Milligan and Robert E McCann. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the proposed paving of Rensellor Boulevard between Seven Mile Road and Bridge Avenue in Section 1, City of Livonia. There were approximately thirty people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 15 P M. , May 23, 1973 ADDISON W.
