HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1973-02-19 NECESSITY HENRY RUFF 1353+ MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR PROPOSED SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION ON HENRY RUFF AVENUE BETWEEN SCHOOLCRAFT ROAD AND LYNDON AVENUE IN SECTION 23 On February 19, 1973, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice- President of the Council at 9 35 P M Present Edward G. Milligan, Robert D Bennett, Jerry Brown, Peter A Ventura, and Jerry Raymond Absent Robert F Nash, and Robert E McCann The Vice-President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity for proposed sanitary sewer extension on Henry Ruff Avenue between Schoolcraft Road and Lyndon Avenue in Section 23, City of Livonia. There were approximately fifteen persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10 00 P M , February 19, 1973 ADDISON W.
