HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1972-11-27 SAD INKSTER WATER 13361 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE INKSTER ROAD WATER MAIN EXTENSION, IN THE EAST 1/2 OF SECTION 25 On November 27, 1972, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 9 58 P M. Present Robert F. Nash, Edward G Milligan, Robert E McCann, Robert D Bennett, Jerry Brown, Peter A. Ventura, and Jerry Raymond Absent None The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of the Inkster Road Water Main Extension, in the East 1/2 of Section 25, City of Livonia There were approximately fifteen people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10 15 P M , November 27, 1972.
