HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1972-12-11 SAD INDUSTRIAL ROAD 1339 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMF1TT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS ON THE INDUSTRIAL ROAD FROM LEVAN TO STARK, WAYNE ROAD AND GLENDALE AVENUE, IN SECTION 28 On December 11, 1972, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 15 P M Present. Robert F Nash, Edward G. Milligan, Robert E McCann, Robert D Bennett, Jerry Brown, Peter A Ventura, and Jerry Raymond Absent None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of street lights on the Industrial Road from Levan to Stark, Wayne Road and Glendale Avenue, in Section 28, City of Livonia There were approximately thirty people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transnript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 25 P M. , December 11, 1972 ADDISON W.
