G Milligan, Robert E McCann, Robert D. Bennett, and. Jerry Raymond. Absent Robert F Nash, Jerry Brown, and. Peter A Ventura The Vice-President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for installing ornamental street lighting with underground wiring in Livonia Mall Estates Subdivision, in Section 2, City of Livonia There were approximately two people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10 15 P.
