HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1972-12-11 NECESSITY NOTTINGHAM WOODS 13395 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN NOTTINGHAM WOODS WEST SUBDIVISION #2 LOCATED IN THE S.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 8 AND THE S.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 9 On December 11, 1972, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 40 P M Present Robert F. Nash, Edward G Milligan, Robert E McCann, Robert D Bennett, Jerry Brown, Peter A. Ventura, and Jerry Raymond Absent None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity for the installation of street lights in Nottingham Woods West Subdivision #2 located in the S. E. 1/4 of Section 8 and the S W 1/4 of Section 9, City of Livonia. There were approximately twenty people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the ."ouncil, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 53 P M , December 11, 1972.
