HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1974-06-03 PETITION 1974-03-02-03 14400 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 74-3-2-3 (Waiver Use) On June 3, 1974, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 9:40 P. M Present: Jerry Brown, Robert E McCann, Robert D. Bennett, Robert R Bishop, Peter A. Ventura and Jerry Raymond. Absent: Robert F Nash. The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing on a "Waiver of Use" Petition submitted by Fred J. Armour requesting approval to construct an addition to house auto repair services onto the existing Firestone Tire Center located on the east side of Middlebelt Road, between Jamison and Elsie in Section 24, City of Livonia. There were approximately eight persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
