HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1974-06-03 PETITION 1973-12-01-37 14399 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITION On June 3, 1974, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President at 8 50 P M Present Jerry Brown, Robert E. McCann, Robert D. Bennett, Robert R Bishop, Peter A. Ventura and Jerry Raymond. Absent Robert F. Nash. Pursuant to Section 23.06 of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance, the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed change and all other requirements of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance, have been fulfilled LThe Vice President stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, the Zoning Act (M.S.A. Section 5 293)4), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia is holding a public hearing relative to a request for a change in the Zoning Ordinance Petition No. 73-12-1-37, as amended, submitted by Marvin Diamond for Health Saving Services requesting to rezone property located on the south side of Seven Mile Road, between Middlebelt and Maplewood, in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 12, from RUF, C-2 and P.S to R-9-II (Rural Urban Farms, General Business and Professional Service Districts to Housing for Elderly) .
