HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1974-03-25 PETITION 1974-01-08-04 14263 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 74-1-8-4 On March 25, 1974, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8.05 P. M. Present Robert F Nash, Jerry Brown, Robert E McCann, Robert D Bennett, Robert R Bishop, Peter A Ventura, and Jerry Raymond Absent None The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing with regard to Petition No. 74-1-8-4 submitted by Hacker Sign Studio requesting approval of all plans required by Section 18 47 for replacing the non-illuminated sign with an illuminated sign on the existing Jahn office building located on the west side of Farmington Road, south of Five Mile Road in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 21, City of Livonia There were approximately one hundred people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
