HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1973-08-13 PETITION 1973-05-02-10 13897 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 73-5-2-10 (Waiver Use) L On August 13, 1973, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 00 P. M Present Robert F Nash, Edward G. Milligan, Robert E McCann, Robert D Bennett, Peter A Ventura, and Jerry Raymond. Absent Jerry Brown. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 513, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing on a "Waiver of Use" Petition submitted by Mr. Ken Morris requesting permission to construct and operate a Bonanza Restaurant as a waiver use on L property zoned C-2 and located on the north side of Plymouth Road between Merriman and. Melrose in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27 , City of Livonia There were approximately forty people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
