HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1973-12-17 SAD BOBRICH COURT 1413g MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL COVERING THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN BOBRICH COURT IN SECTION 11 On December 17, 1973, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 10:11 P. M. Present Robert F Nash, Edward G. Milligan, Robert E McCann, Robert D. Bennett, Jerry Brown, Peter A. Ventura, and Jerry Raymond. Absent None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll covering the installation of street lights in Bobrich Court in Section 11, City of Livonia. There were approximately ten people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10 12 P M , December 17, 1973 ADDISON W.
