HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1973-09-10 SAD SEARS AVE 13951 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTING ON SEARS AVENUE IN SECTION 26 On September 10, 1973, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 9 05 P. M Present Robert F Nash, Edward G Milligan, Robert E McCann, Robert D Bennett, Jerry Brown, Peter A Ventura, and Jerry Raymond. Absent None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of street lighting on Sears Avenue in Section 26, City of Livonia. There were approximately seventy-five persons present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 10 P M. , September 10, 1973 ADDISON W B 1 Clerk
