HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1975-03-10 SAD INDUSTRIAL ROAD 1+819 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS ON INDUSTRIAL ROAD AND WESTMORE AVENUE IN SECTION 27 On March 10, 1975, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 05 P. M Present Robert F Nash, Jerry Brown, Robert D Bennett, Robert R Bishop and Peter A Ventura Absent--Robert E McCann and Jerry Raymond. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of ornamental street lighting with underground wiring on Industrial Road and Westmore Avenue in Section 27, City of Livonia. There were approximately seventy-five people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
