HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1975-12-15 NECESSITY ARGONNE SUB 15358 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR STREET PAVING IMPROVEMENT FOR THE ARGONNE SUBDIVISION IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4+ OF SECTION 1 On December 15, 1975, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 8 22 P M Present Jerry Brown, Robert D Bennett, Robert R Bishop, Peter A. Ventura and Jerry Raymond Absent Robert F Nash and Robert E McCann. The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity for street paving improvement for the Argonne Subdivision located in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 1, City of Livonia There were approximately two hundred people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 50 P M , December 15, 1975 ADDISON W BA<<= City Clerk
