HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1975-12-15 PETITION 1975-07-02-19 15359 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 75-7-2-19 (Waiver Use) On December 15, 1975, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 10 00 P M Present Jerry Brown, Robert D Bennett, Robert R Bishop, Peter A Ventura and Jerry Raymond Absent Robert F Nash and Robert E McCann The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a use permit submitted by Shell Oil Company, requesting permission to construct a self- service gasoline facility as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located on the north side of Six Mile Road between Newburgh and Fitzgerald in Section 8, City of Livonia. There were approximately twenty people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10 47 P M , December 15, 1975 (20-7L-4) ADDISON W BA City Clerk
