HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1976-01-05 NECESSITY BOTSFORD PARK SUB 15377 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF CONCRETE CURBS AND GUTTERS AND A NEW 1 1/2" ASPHALT SURFACE PAVEMENT IN BOTSFORD PARK SUBDIVISION IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 1 On January 5, 1976, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called, to order by the President of the Council at 8 10 P M Present. Robert F. Nash, Jerry Brown, Robert E McCann, Robert D Bennett, Robert R Bishop and Jerry Raymond. Absent. Peter A Ventura The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity for the installation of concrete curbs and gutters and a new 1 1/2" asphalt surface pavement on St. Francis, Antago and Rensellor Boulevards, south of Pembroke Avenue in the Botsford Park Subdivision, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 1, City of Livonia L There were approximately seventy-five people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 55 P M. , January 5, 1976 ADDISON W. 1,1Cr, kity ' lerk L
