HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1975-04-21 PETITION 1975-01-01-02 14896 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITIONS On April 21, 1975, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President at 9 40 P M. Present Robert F Nash, Jerry Brown, Robert D. Bennett, Robert R. Bishop and Jerry Raymond Absent Peter A Ventura and Robert E McCann Pursuant to Section 23.06 of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance, the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed change and all other requirements of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance, have been fulfilled The President stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, the Zoning Act (M.S A Section 5.2934), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia is holding a public hearing relative to a request for a change in the Zoning Ordinance Petition No 75-1-1-2 submitted by Jack Bingham for a change of zoning of property located at the southeast corner of Five Mile Road and Levan Road in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 20 from P.S to P (Professional Service to Parking) Petition No 74-11-1-35 submitted by Brashear, Brashear & Duggan for Michigan National Bank-West Metro for a change of zoning of property located at the southwest corner of Puritan Avenue and Middlebelt Road in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 14, from RUF to C-1 (Rural Urban Farm to Local Business), and, as amended, from RUF to P S. (Rural Urban Farm to Professional Service) The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 54 P M , April 21, 1975 ADDISON W N, City Clerk
