HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1974-11-18 PETITION 1974-09-08-33 14669 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 74-9-8-33 (Waiver Use) On November 18, 1974, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 02 P. M Present Robert F. Nash, Jerry Brown, Robert E. McCann, Robert D Bennett, Robert R. Bishop, Peter A. Ventura, and. Jerry Raymond. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing on a "Waiver of Use" Petition submitted by Koppy-Densmore Building Company requesting approval of all plans required by Section 18.47 of Ordinance No. 543 in connection with the remodeling of an existing building, on the south side of Seven Mile Road between Filmore and Irving in Section 9, City of Livonia. There were approximately two people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
