HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1975-07-21 SAD BAINBRIDGE COURTS 15088 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR INSTALLING STREET LIGHTS IN BAINBRIDGE COURTS SUBDIVISION, PART OF BEVERLY GARDENS SUBDIVISION AND PART OF BEVERLY GARDENS SUBDIVISION NO. 1 On July 21, 1975, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 00 P. M. PresentRobert F Nash, Robert D. Bennett, Peter A. Ventura and Jerry Raymond Absent. Jerry Brown, Robert E McCann and Robert R. Bishop The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of ornamental street lights with underground wiring in Bainbridge L Courts Subdivision, part of Beverly Gardens Subdivision and part of Beverly Gardens Subdivision No 1, City of Livonia There were approximately twenty-five people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:04 P.
