MARY ESTATES SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 20 On July 21, 1975, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 07 P M Present. Robert F Nash, Robert D. Bennett, Peter A. Ventura, and Jerry Raymond. Absent Jerry Brown, Robert E. McCann and Robert R. Bishop. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of ornamental street lights with underground wiring in St. Mary Estates Subdivision located in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 20, City of Livonia. There were approximately twenty-five people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
