MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 73-11-8-49 (Revised Sign Plan)
On May 12, 1975, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 00 P M Present• Robert F Nash, Jerry Brown,
Robert E McCann, Robert D Bennett, Robert R Bishop, Peter A Ventura and
Jerry Raymond Absent--None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant
to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing on a Revised Sign Plan Petition submitted by LaVanway Sign Corporation
requesting approval of all plans required by Section 18 1l7, submitted in
connection with a proposal to remodel existing building and add new building
to existing shopping center located on the northeast corner of Middlebelt
and Plymouth Roads in Section 25, City of Livonia
There were approximately three people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 25 P M. , May 12, 1975.
