HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1975-06-02 SAD GOLD MANOR 1+997 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR INSTALLING STREET LIGHTS IN GOLD MANOR ESTATES SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 9 On June 2, 1975, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 00 P M Present Robert F Nash, Jerry Brown, Robert E McCann, Robert D Bennett, Robert R Bishop, Peter A Ventura, and Jerry Raymond. Absent None The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of street lights in Gold Manor Estates Subdivision in Section 9, City of Livonia There were approximately thirty people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
