HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1975-11-10 SAD BRENTWOOD AVE 15286 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE ROAD IMPROVEMENT OF BRENTWOOD AVENUE, NORTH OF SEVEN MILE ROAD, SECTION 1 On November 10, 1975, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:17 P. M Present Robert F Nash, Jerry Brown, Robert D. Bennett, Robert R. Bishop, Peter A Ventura and Jerry Raymond. Absent. Robert E. McCann. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for a 32-foot wide deep strength asphalt pavement with concrete curbs and gutters (Alternate II) , Brentwood Avenue Road improvement in Section 1, City of Livonia, Michigan There were approximately ten people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 35 P M , November 10, 1975 ADDISON W.
