HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1975-11-10 SAD GREEN BRIER 15285 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE ROAD IMPROVEMENT IN GREEN BRIER ESTATES SUBDIVISION NO 2 On November 10, 1975, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 00 P M Present Robert F Nash, Jerry Brown, Robert D Bennett, Robert R Bishop, Peter A Ventura and Jerry Raymond Absent Robert E McCann. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for a 24+-foot wide, deep-strength asphalt pavement with valley wales (Alternate III) on Greenland Court, Green Brier Estates Subdivision No 2 in Section 15, City of Livonia, Michigan There were approximately twenty people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 16 P M , November 10, 1975 I ADDISON W . ,, City lerk
