HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1976-01-19 PETITION 1968-07-01-26 15403 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITIONS On January 19, 1976, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the ' resident of the Council at 9 40 P M Present Robert E McCann, Robert R Bishop, Robert D Bennett, Robert F Nash, Jerry Brown, and Jerry Raymond Absent--Peter A Ventura Pursuant to Section 23.06 of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance, the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed change and all other requirements of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance, have been fulfilled The President stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, the Zoning Act (M S.A Section 5.293)4) , as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 543, the Zoning 16. Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia is holding a public hearing relative to a request for a change in the Zoning Ordinance Petition No. 68-7-1-26 submitted by Jack N. Tucker and Morris Friedman, for a change of zoning of property located on the north side of Schoolcraft Road, east of Yale in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 21, from R-2 to P S , (One Family Residential to Professional Service) Petition No 74-8-1-23, as amended, submitted by Lewis and Madeline Brooke, for a change of zoning of property located on the west side of Inkster Road, south of Five Mile Road in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 24, from RUF and R-3 to R-1, (Rural Urban Farm and One Family Residential to One Family Residential) Petition No. 75-9-6-11 submitted by the City Planning Commission on its own motion, to determine whether or not to amend Sections 8.02, 8 03 and 8 04 of the R-7 District Regulations of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, so as to increase the minimum lot area requirements The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10 45 P M , January 19, 1976 Im. l'4:10.116.4,0.10 (2 ADDISON W City Clerk
