HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1976-04-19 NECESSITY ARGYLE PARK 15564 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR INSTALLING STREET LIGHTING IN ARGYLE PARK SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 10 On April 19, 1976, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Councilman Raymond at 8 12 P M. Present Jerry Raymond, Jerry Brown, Robert R Bishop and. Robert D Bennett. Absent Robert F Nash, Robert E McCann and Peter A Ventura. Councilman Raymond stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity for installing street lighting with underground wiring in the Argyle Park Subdivision, located in the N. W. 1/4 of Section 10, City of Livonia There were approximately one hundred and twenty-five people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
