HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1976-06-07 SAD ARGONNE SUB 15666 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT IN THE ARGONNE SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 1 On June 7, 1976, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8.08 P. M. Present. Robert E McCann, Robert F. Nash, Jerry H Brown, Jerry Raymond, Peter A. Ventura, Robert R Bishop and Robert D. Bennett. Absent: None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for a 31 ft wide deep strength asphalt pavement with concrete curbs and gutters in the Argonne Subdivision located in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 1, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately one hundred and fifty people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
