MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 76-6-8-122
On August 11, 1976, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7 03 P. M. Present Robert E McCann, Robert F Nash,
Jerry Raymond, Peter A. Ventura and Robert D Bennett Absent Jerry Brown and
Robert R. Bishop.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative
to Petition 76-6-8-12P submitted by Showerman's 'Jarty Stores, Inc requesting
approval of all plans required by Section 18 58 of Ordinance No 543 in connection
Lwith a proposal to construct an addition to an existing commercial building
located on the north side of Five Mile Road, between Merriman and Arden in Section
15, City of Livonia.
There were approximately three people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of
the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 20 P M , August 11, 1976
