HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1976-09-13 SAD COMPTON SQUARE 15805 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHTING WITH UNDERGROUND WIRING IN COMPTON SQUARE ESTATES SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 2I+ On September 13, 1976, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 18 P M Present Robert E. McCann, Robert F Nash, Jerry H Brown, Jerry Raymond, Peter A Ventura, Robert R Bishop and Robert D Bennett. Absent--None The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 41-01, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of ornamental street lighting with underground wiring in Compton Square Estates Subdivision in the South 1/2 of Section 24, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately thirty people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
