W. 1/4 OF SECTION 29 On August 2, 1976, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Councilman Raymond at 8:21 P. M Present. Jerry Raymond Absent Robert E McCann, Robert F Nash, Jerry H Brown, Peter A Ventura, Robert R Bishop and Robert D Bennett. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity for installing ornamental street lights with underground wiring in Currie Court Industrial Subdivision located in the N. W. 1/4 of Section 29, City of Livonia There were approximately three people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 35 P M , August 2, 1976.
