HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1976-06-07 PETITION 1976-03-02-04 15667 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 76-3-2-4 (Waiver Use) On June 7, 1976, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 9.20 P M Present: Robert E. McCann, Robert F Nash, Jerry H Brown, Jerry Raymond, Peter A Ventura, Robert R Bishop and Robert D. Bennett Absent: None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a use permit submitted by Constantine Kasapis, requesting permission to construct a family style restaurant as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located on the east side of Farmington Road between Pembroke and. Eight Mile Road in Section 3, City of Livonia. There were approximately twelve people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 38 P M , June 7, 1976.
