HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1976-06-07 PETITON 1973-07-08-32 15668 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 73-7-8-32 (Extension) On June 7, 1976, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 9:39 P M. Present. Robert E McCann, Robert F Nash, Jerry H Brown, Jerry Raymond, Peter A Ventura, Robert R. Bishop and Robert D Bennett Absent None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a one year extension of approval of Petition 73-7-8-32, submitted by Clarence P Jahn, requesting approval of all plans required by Section 18 47 for a commercial building to be constructed in Jahn's Shopping Center located on the south side of Five Mile Road between Farmington Road and Surrey in Section 21, City of Livonia. There were approximately five people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
