HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1977-01-03 NECESSITY MICHAEL KERBY IND 160+1 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTING IN MICHAEL KERBY INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 28 On January 3, 1977, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 9.37 P M Present Robert E McCann, Robert F. Nash, Jerry Raymond, Robert R. Bishop and Robert D Bennett Absent Jerry H Brown and Peter A. Ventura. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 4+Ol, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity for the installation of street lighting in Michael Kerby Industrial Subdivision, located in the N. W 1/4 of Section 28, City of Livonia There were approximately three people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
