HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1977-03-21 PETITION 1976-12-01-43 16241 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITIONS On March 21, 1977, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8.12 P. M. Present Robert E McCann, Robert F Nash, Jerry Brown, Jerry Raymond, Peter A. Ventura, Robert R Bishop and Robert D. Bennett. Pursuant to Section 23.06 of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance, the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed change and all other requirements of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance, have been fulfilled. The President stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, the Zoning L Act (M.S A Section 5.2934), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia is holding a public hearing relative to a request for a change in the Zoning Ordinance. Petition No. 76-12-1-43, submitted by Naomi R Clark for a change of zoning of property located on the north side of Seven Mile Road, east of Fitzgerald in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 5, from RUE to C-2, (Rural Urban Farm to General Business) Petition No. 76-12-1-46 submitted by the Automobile Club of Michigan for a change of zoning of property located on the west side of Hubbard, south of Five Mile Road, in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, from R-7 to P (Multiple Family Residential to Parking). The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10.26 P. M , March 21, 1977. / - , 411 L
