HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1977-02-14 PETITION 1976-09-02-18 16129 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 76-9-2-18 (Waiver Use) On February 111., 1977, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 10 21 P M Present Robert E McCann, Jerry Raymond, Peter A. Ventura, Robert R Bishop and Robert D. Bennett. Absent Robert F Nash and Jerry Brown. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 54+3, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a use permit submitted by John Maxwell requesting permission to construct a Bonanza Family Style Restaurant as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located on the north side of Plymouth Road, between Merriman and Farmington Roads, in the Southeast l/tl- of Section 27, City of Livonia. There were approximately ten people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 11 00 P M , February 14, 1977 ADDISON W. :��ity lerk
