HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1977-02-14 PETITION 1976-10-01-33 16127 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITIONS On February 14, 1977, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8.15 P M Present: Robert E McCann, Jerry Raymond, Peter A. Ventura, Robert R. Bishop and Robert D Bennett Absent: Jerry Brown and Robert F. Nash Pursuant to Section 23.06 of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance, the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed change and all other requirements of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance, have been fulfilled. The President stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, the Zoning LAct (M.B.A. Section 5.2934), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia is holding a public hearing relative to a request for a change in the Zoning Ordinance Petition No. 76-10-1-33 submitted by the City Planning Commission on its own motion for a change of zoning of property located on the north side of Broadmoor between Middlebelt Road and Harrison in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 13, from RUF to P L , (Rural Urban Farms to Public Lands) Petition No. 76-10-1-34, submitted by the City Planning Commission on its own motion for a change of zoning of property located on the south side of Puritan Avenue between Henry Ruff and Middlebelt Roads in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 14, from RUF to P.L. (Rural Urban Farms to Public Lands) Petition No 76-10-1-36, submitted by the City Planning Commission on its own motion for a change of zoning of property located on the north side of Lyndon between Middlebelt Road and Harrison in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 24, from RUF to P L. (Rural Urban Farms to Public Lands) Petiton No 76-10-1-37, submitted by the City Planning Commission on its own motion for a change of zoning of property located on the south side of Lyndon between Harrison and Inkster in the South 1/2 of Section 24, from R-1-A to P L , (One Family Residential to Public Land).
