MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 77-3-2-4 (Waiver Use)
On May 23, 1977, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 8.07 P M Present Robert E McCann, Robert F Nash, Jerry
Brown, Jerry Raymond, Robert R. Bishop and Robert D Bennett Absent Peter A
Ventura.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543,
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of
Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said
Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a use
permit submitted by Burger Chef requesting permission to construct an addition to
the existing facility as a waiver use on property zoned C-2, located on the north
side of Five Mile Road, east of Merriman Road, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 14,
City of Livonia
There were approximately eight people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:29 P M , May 23, 1977
