HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1979-01-15 PETITON 1978-09-02-26 17551 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 78-9-2-26 (Waiver Use) On January 15, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order at 8.33 P M. Present Robert E. McCann, Robert F Nash, Gerald D. Taylor, Jerry Raymond, Robert D. Bennett and Robert R. Bishop. Absent Peter A. Ventura. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a use permit submitted by Pizza Hut of Kalamazoo, requesting permission to Imo construct a restaurant as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located on the south side of Plymouth Road between Merriman Road and Denne in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 35, City of Livonia. There were approximately seven people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
