HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1977-10-10 PETITION 1977-05-01-14 16637 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITIONS On October 10, 1977, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 9.01 P M Present Peter A Ventura, Robert F Nash, Jerry Brown, Jerry Raymond, Robert R Bishop and Robert D Bennett. Absent- Robert E McCann Pursuant to Section 23 06 of Ordinance No 54+3, the Zoning Ordinance, the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed change and all other requirements of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance, have been fulfilled The Vice President stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in LSection 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, the Zoning Act (M S A Section 5 293+), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia is holding a public hearing relative to a request for a change in the Zoning Ordinance Petition No 77-5-1-14 submitted by the City Planning Commission, on its own motion, for a change of zoning of property located between Five and Six Mile Roads, and between Newburgh Road and the I-275 Freeway, in Section 18, from R-2-A and R-3-B to P L (One Family Residential to Public Lands District) Petition No 77-5-1-15 submitted by Kenneth T and Mary E Owens, for a change of zoning of property located on the north side of Seven Mile Road, west of Farmington Road, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 4+, from RUF to C-1 (Rural Urban Farm to Local Business) Petition No 77-6-1-17 submitted by the Curtis Building Company and Goray Development Company for a change of zoning of property located on the east side of Stark Road, south of Plymouth Road, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 33, from RUF and R-7 to R-1-A (Rural Urban Farms and Multiple Family Residential to One Family Residential District) 16638 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITIONS (Continued) Petition No. 77-6-1-19, as amended, submitted by Raymond Chopp for a change of zoning of property located on the north side of Parkdale, between Raleigh and.
