HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1977-10-10 SAD CHEROKEE TRAIL SUB 16635 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN CHEROKEE TRAIL SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 33 On October 10, 1977, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 8:00 P M Present Peter A Ventura, Robert F Nash, Jerry Brown, Jerry Raymond, Robert R Bishop and Robert D Bennett Absent. Robert E McCann The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of street lighting with underground wiring in Cherokee Trail Subdivision, located in the S W 1/4 of Section 33, City of Livonia, Michigan There were approximately fifty people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
